Cecil Roger Tuggle, age 70 of Cedar Bluff, Virginia passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2012 in a Norton, Virginia hospital following a lengthy illness.
He was born in Raven, Virginia and was the son of the late Cecil A. and Ina Irene Gilbert Tuggle. He was a graduate of Honaker High School, class of 1950 and then moved to Illinois to attend the Chicago Tool & Die Institute. He was a member of the Moose Lodge in Illinois and worked for the Wand Tool Company in Wheeling, Illinois making tools, electrical boards and robotics. Roger was of the Baptist faith and after moving back to the area he attended the Ivy Springs Baptist Church on Swords Creek.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Felicia Tuggle.

Funeral services for Cecil Roger Tuggle will be conducted at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home Chapel in Richlands, Virginia with the Rev. H.G. Musick officiating. Interment will follow at the Greenhills Memory Gardens Cemetery in Claypool Hill, VA Pallbearers will be Ed Richardson, Fred Richardson, Derek Nuckles, Cecil Dye and a few friends.
