Mrs. Alice Lathero of 1317 25th Ave., died at 12:30 p.m. yesterday in Mercey Hospital after an extended illness. She was born in Altoona Oct 27, 1875, a daughter of James and Lena (Yingling) Templon, and on July 25, 1900, in Altoona, married William E Lathero, who died July 22, 1957. Surviving are the following half-brothers and sisters: Mrs. Virginia Claytor, Norman, Wilbur, Charles and James Templon of Shenandoah, Va., Mrs. Julia Matthews, Frank and Matthew of Hagerstown, Md., and several nieces and nephews in the city.
She was a member of the Fifth Avenue Methodist Church. Friends will be received at the Bigelow Funeral Home after 7 p.m. today.
