August Camlic, 87, Kansas City, Kan., died Sept. 24, 1990, at the home. He was born in Kupjak, Yugoslavia, and lived in Kansas City, Kan. for 70 years. Mr Camlic was a carman for the Norfolk and Western Railroad for 46 years, retiring in 1971. He was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church, Kansas City, Kan., and its Go-Getters senior citizens group. He was former financial secretary of the Clayco Lodge of the Brotherhood of Railway Carmen of the U.S. and Canada. Survivors include his wife, Mary B. Camlic of the home; a son, Richard Camlic, Independence; a daughter, Dorothy Mae Nick, Kansas City, Kan.; a sister, Agnes Rockwell, Chicago; three grandsons; and two great-grandsons. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the church; burial in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Kansas City, Kan. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the Skradski Chapel, where the rosary will be said at 7 p.m. The family requests no flowers and suggests contributions to the Heartland Home Hospice.
