Services for Ida Lanelle Baker, 71, of Colorado City were held at 11 a.m. Friday at Christian Fellowship Church with Reverend Jake Chaney and Claudine Chaney officiating. Burial was in the Colorado City Cemetery.
Mrs. Baker died May 19, 1993 at Valley Fair Lodge. She was born March 25, 1922. She married Albert Daniel Baker March 24, 1949 in Big Spring, Texas.
Mrs. was a lifelong resident of Colorado City. She was a member of the Christian Fellowship Church in Colorado City and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband on March 14, 1988.
Survivors include two sons, Terry and Tommy Baker of Colorado City; two daughters, Linda Elliott of Midland and Cindy Gale of Durant, Oklahoma; one brother, Sherman Hart of Colorado City; three sisters, Sue McCarley, Sis Jones and Jo McCollum all of Colorado City; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
