Lester Orval Dallege, the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Vance Oral Dallege, was born Oct. 28, 1914. On Aug. 23rd, at five o'clock p.m. his little soul went to be with Jesus. He was one year, nine months and twenty-three days old. The father and mother and their infant son Leo have the deepest sympathy of the entire community in this sudden and unexpected sorrow. Little Lester was sick only from ten o'clock Tuesday night until five o'clock Wednesday evening. His death was due to Acute indigestion. Neither medicine nor ministration of love , service and sacrifice could stay this little life. It was the Lord who spoke, and bade His little messenger come home. No words of poet or bard are half so sweet and comforting as the words of the Master, when He took the little children in his arms and blessed them and said, "Suffer little children and forbid them not to come unto me, for such is the Kingdom of Heaven."

CARD OF THANKS-
We wish to thank our friends and neighbors for their kindness and sympathy in our sorrow. Mr. and Mrs. Vance Oral Dallege
