Mr. Babb had lived most of his life in New Richmond, moving to Lafayette in July. He was a retired model maker for the former Duncan Electric Co. He served in the Navy during World War II.
Surviving with his wife are a son, Michael F. Babb of Lafayette; a brother, Ralph Babb of Monticello; and three sisters, Clara Baker of Crawfordsville, Zada Imtemba of Boston, MA, and Lucy Garwood of Los Angeles, CA. Three brothers and one sister preceded in death.
