GEORGE M. SCOTT, 74, formerly of Sedalia, died Friday at St. Mary's Hospital here. He was born September 27, 1908, Sedalia, son of George A. and Julia Murphy Scott. Mr. Scott lived in Sedalia until 1930, then moving to Kansas City. He was a retired clerk for Slater Tile and Mantle Company and a member of Our Lady of the Council Church. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include one sister, Ruth Scott, of the home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday at the church here. Graveside services and burial will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Calvary Cemetery in Sedalia.
