He was born to Obal Francis and Betty Jo (Johnson) Dollins on January 22, 1950 in Pampa, TX.
He came to OKC in 1969, previously living in Amarillo, TX. Troy worked for Allied Steel before retiring from the OKC Water Dept., doing water line maintenance. He was a former member of the Operators Union 627. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and golf.
Troy is survived by his wife, Shawna Clarey; 2 brothers, Bill Dollins and David Dollins; sister, Linda Cagle; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral service will be held 10:00 am, Wednesday 3/9/2011 at the Grace Freewill Baptist Church, with a 4:00 pm graveside at Wheeler Cemetery, Wheeler, TX.
