A resident of Waukesha county for 18 years, Giddens has operated the Springdale Garage for 14 years. He was born at Tunnel Hill, Ga., September 22, 1900. On June 2, 1923, he married Pearl Marchion at Kansas City, Mo.
Surviving are his wife; four brothers, Farley Giddens, the Rev. Plez Giddens, both of Chattanooga, Tenn., Earl Giddens, Buffalo, Kans., and Drew Giddens, Spearman, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. William Million, Rossville, Ga., and Mrs. Alice Acuff, Owensborough, Ky.
He was preceded in death by a baby daughter who was stillborn December 30, 1933, in Chicago, Illinois.
Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. from the Tuschen-Rudolph funeral home. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park. Friends may call after 1 p.m. Sunday.
