Isaac Paul Crumbaker, 64, died Tuesday in the Mowry ambulance en route to Fairbury Hospital for treatment of a heart attack. He was pronounced dead about 11 a.m.
He was taken to the Cook Funeral Home. Arrangements are incomplete.
Mr. Crumbaker, the son of Oliver M. and Sarah Stickler Crumbaker, was born December 6, 1888, in Cropsey Township.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Cora Shepherd, Cropsey, and Mrs. Alta Thomas, Fairbury; and one brother, Oliver W. Crumbaker, Cropsey. A sister died before him.
He was a veteran of World War I.

Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
