Mrs. Del Papa was employed as office manager at the Denbigh Gazette. She was a native of Penhook, Franklin County.
Mrs. Del Papa was a member of First Presbyterian Church.
Survived by a daughter, Catherine C. Del Papa of Atlanta; a son, Tone A. Del Papa of Richmond; her mother, Ada F. Adams of Roanoke; five sisters, Josephine Adams of Hampton, Adeen Selden of Penhook, Rebecca Dinner of Roanoke, Polly Kahle of Christiansburg and Evelyn Arsenault of Knoxville, Tenn.; and three brothers, Paul Adams of Hampton, Sneed Adams of Bedford and Frantz Adams of Penhook.
