Dennis Dean Carmichael of Glendale, Arizona, passed away January 10, 2012 at the young age of 56. He was born in Sidney, Nebraska to parents Donaldeen and Lois (Brown) Carmichael and moved to Arizona 12 years ago.
He was preceded in death by his father Donaldeen and step father Keith Hampton. He is survived by his mother Lois Hampton, sisters Denese Soper (Gary), Brenda Johnson (Robert), brother Ronald Carmichael (Brenda); nieces and nephews Angela Andrews (Justin), Lisa Grammer, Travis, Corey, Jeff & Jeremy Johnson (Tina), Julia Dalton, Tim Carmichael (Tammy), 5 great nieces & nephews, half sister Nancy Murray and cousins Lorna and Brian Geist.
