Milan C. Mott, 60, a former resident of Mundelein and for the past five years living in Waukegan, died suddenly yesterday afternoon of a heart attack. His wife was, downtown shopping and on her return found him dead in the bathroom where he was evidently preparing to shave.
Deceased was born Feb. 14, 1882 in Basco, Illinois and came to Lake county nearly 20 years ago. He was cashier of the State Bank of Mundelein for 12 years and for the past five years has worked as teller in the Citizens State Bank of Waukegan
He was a member of the Congretional church at Mundelein, the Libertyville Masonic lodge and the Knights Templar. He was also a veteran member of the Knights of Pythias.
Surviving are his wife Grace, three sons; Harry and Neil of Waukegan and William of Chicago; a brother, S. P. Mott, Houston, Texas, and one grandchild.
The body is resting at the Marsh funeral home, 1522 Washington St. and funeral services will be held at two o'clock Saturday afternoon with interment in Ivanhoe Cemetery. Masonic services will be held at the grave.
