The Warren County native was a security guard retired from Burns Security and a World War II Navy veteran.
He was a son of the late David F. Moulder and Bessie B. Moulder.
Survivors include his wife, Alta Mae Norris Moulder; a daughter, Doris Jean Lee of Mooresville, Ind.; two sons, Roger Dale Moulder of Dayton, Ohio, and Bobby Joe Moulder of Fruitland Park, Fla.; six grandchildren and a great grandchild.
