Harrison T, Riedl
Harison T Riedl, 70, of 8 Burr St, died Saturday at Hamilton Hospital. He was a life resident of Cazenovia.
Mr Riedl owned and operated Cazenovia Roofing and Siding for more than 35 years, retiring in 1986. He was the animal control officer for the town of Cazenovia fro 1995 to 1997. Mr. Riedl was a veteran of the US Navy.
An avid trapper and outdoorsman, he was a member of the Furtakers of America Association and the Nelson Sportsman s Club and the Junior Rod and Gun Club of Nelson. He was a former member of the Wildlife Federation Board.
A son, John, died in 1995. Surviving are his wife, Leta, two daughters, Doreen Biddonette of New Jersey an Julie Riedl of East Syracuse, four sons, Timothy, Leonard. Chip and Kenneth, all of Cazenovia, a stepson, Leon Moody of Orlando, a sister, Leona Lamb of Hamilton, a brother, Earl Riedl of Cazenovia 19 grandchildren, an uncle, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services were May 21 at Tait Funeral Home, the Rev Norman Evens officiating
Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery Cazenovia, Contributions may be mad to CAVAC. Box 56 Cazenovia
