In Edgerton, Wis., May 10th, 1877, Dea. Alexander C. Heritage, aged 66 years. Dea. Heritage experienced religion in early life in Shiloh, N. J., I think, and was connected with the Marlboro Sabbath-keeping church until his removal to Wisconsin, where he united with the Seventh-day Baptist church at Albion. He honored both his office and profession as a Christian, and died as the good man dieth, "and was gathered to his fathers," affirming his readiness for the event. V. H.
