Bobby Roe Robertson, 81, of Batesville died Friday, January 6, 2012 in Batesville.

He was born December 1, 1930 in Batesville and was the son of Lee Pierce Robertson and Addie (Cook) Robertson.

Bobby retired as a truck driver with White River Bituminous. He had a "hobby" farm, and loved raising cattle, traveling, and spending time with his family. He was of the Cumberland Presbyterian faith.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Mary Louise (Fulbright) Robertson of Batesville; daughter, Bobbie Sue Turner and husband, Gerald, of Batesville; two grandchildren, Shannon Browning and husband, Brian, of Jonesboro and Bobby Kyle Hill and wife, Brittany, of Batesville; three great-grandchildren, Destiny and Cassidy Brown of Jonesboro, and Kayden Hill of Batesville; and a lifelong friend, Roy Kimmer of Salado.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Mary Elizabeth "Sissie" Johnston; sister, Ruby Langston; and four brothers, Hayden Robertson, Adler Robertson, Fax Robertson, and Joe Robertson.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at the Roller-Crouch Chapel in Batesville officiated by Alan Meinzer.

Burial will be at New Hope Cemetery in Bethesda by Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville.

Pallbearers are Steve Fulbright, Pam Fulbright, Lee Robertson, Randy Fulbright, Darrell Robertson, and Brian Fulbright.

Honorary pallbearers are Rayneil Fulbright, Billy Fulbright, Brian Robertson, Larry Robertson, Darrell Fulbright, and J. B. Fulbright.

Visitation is from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., Monday, January 9, 2012 at the funeral home.
