Family records show buried in "Mound Cemetery". Although there are several cemeteries with the word mound in them, none really match. There may be an abandoned cemetery in Indian Mounds park that needs to be searched for.

Greenmount cemetery was original called Mount cemetery. Also his grave was listed as his sons grave (same full name). Son is buried nearby in unmarked grave.

April 12, 1848 applied for citizenship from St. Louis County, Missouri # F-155, showes he was 24 yrs of age and came from Hanover, Germany.
