Private family services will be held for Dolores E. Cooper of McMinnville. Ms. Cooper died March 23, 2002, in Oakwood Country Place, McMinnville. She was 73.

She was born Dec. 6, 1928, in Bartlesville, Okla., the daughter of Ernest and Dorothy Graham Parker. She was raised and educated in Bartlesville. She moved to Seattle in 1948.

She lived in Thorp, Wash., from 1978 to 1989, then moved to Sun City, Ariz. She lived in Bartlesville from 1997 to 1999, when she moved to Port Angeles, Wash. She had lived in McMinnville since 2000.

Ms. Cooper worked for the Navy and the Environmental Protection Agency for many years. She loved music and playing the piano, and was a line dance instructor.

Survivors include a daughter, Sandy Stephens of McMinnville; her father, of Bartlesville; two sisters, Patricia Armstrong and Norma Hatfield, both of Bartlesville; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
