Robert was born in Santa Monica, but lived most of his life in the San Diego area. He moved to Riverside six years ago after retiring as a machinist in the Aerospace industry for 30 years. He was also a graphite pencil artist who enjoyed drawing pictures for family and friends. He enjoyed the desert, the river, fishing, gardening, going to Disneyland and being with his family and friends. He is survived by his loving wife, Susan Pierce, his mother-in-law, two sisters, two brothers-in-law, his nieces, nephews and many more great friends and family. He will be missed by all of those who knew and loved him. A celebration of Robert's life will take place on January 7, 2012 from 1:00 to 4: p.m. in Riverside.
