Metcalf, Douglas S. -- Imlay City, age 50, died Thursday March 7, 1974 at his residence.
Funeral servces will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Muir Brothers Funeral Home, Imlay City. Burial in Imlay Township Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Death followed an extended illness.
Mr. Metcalf was born in Imlay City, February 3, 1924, and he has been a resident of the Imlay City area all his life. He was married December 21, 1946 in Imlay City. Mr. Metcalf was a veteran of World War II, was a Magistrate of Lapeer County and owned an insurance agency and real estate agency in Imlay City.
Surviving are his wife; 2 daughters; 2 grandchildren and sister.
