She was born August 10, 1953 in Fostoria, Ohio to Charles P. and Rita Ann (Thompson) Roelle, and they preceded her in death. She married Norman Stewart and he survives.
Survivors include four sons, Charles Roelle, Austin, Texas; Donta Roelle, St. Clair Shores, MI; Norman Roelle, Chesterfield Twp., MI and Rakhan Stewart, Ferndale, MI ; daughters Laura York, Roseville, MI and Joyala Stewart, Ferndale, MI. Stepmother, Barb Roelle, Fostoria; Sisters Kathryn Cox, Findlay and Sheryl Day, Fostoria; brothers Charles Roelle, Bascom, Ohio, Mike Roelle, Moses Lake, WA, and Randy Roelle Okemos, MI.; 12 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by an infant son.
Brenda enjoyed working at McDonalds in Ferndale. She loved lilacs and wild flowers. Her grandchildren were the delight of her life.
