Dorothy J. Mosie, age 85, of Forks Twp. PA, passed away on Thursday, September 16, 2010 her home. Mrs. Mosie was born June 30, 1925 and was the daughter of the late William Joseph and Mae (Petrie) Kuhn. She was born in Bronx, NY and grew up in Paramus, NJ. She lived in Bergenfield, NJ, and New Mexico before moving to Forks Twp., PA five years ago.
Mrs. Mosie was a homemaker. In her earlier years, she worked as a draftswoman for Wright Co. in Paterson, NJ and AT&T in New York City. Later, she worked as a saleswoman in Bergenfield, NJ and a bookkeeper for Penatone in Tenafly, NJ.
Mrs. Mosie attended the Faith Lutheran Church in Fork's Township, PA.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years: Frederick Charles Mosie of Forks Twp. PA, her son: Ronald Mosie of Loganville, GA, her two daughters: the late Marilyn Eck, who passed away in 2005 and Diane McGivney of North Brunswick, NJ; her grandchildren, Jessica Mosie, Shivon, Amber and Trevor Eck and Sean McGivney; her great-grandchildren: Lebrone, Melanie and Ethan Mosie. She is also survived by her brothers: Raymond And William Kuhn.
