John William Bell, 64 years old, died at his home about one mile south of town on the Greasy Creek pike, Thursday, Feb. 3, about 1:00 pm. Mr. Bell was a splendid citizen and held in high esteem by all who knew him.
Besides his wife, he is survived by three sons, Fred, Ray and Glenn, one brother, Cicero Bell whose home is in Nebraska, and many other relatives.
Funeral services were held at the ME Church in Jamestown, Friday at 2:00, conducted by Rev. Howard O'Banion, with burial following in the city cemetery. - Jamestown Kentucky News
Mr. Bell lived her for several years and has friends who will learn with regret of his passing.
