RODERICK F. HART, 88, son of Frank Hart and Florence Louise Hoag, died on December 7, 2010.
Raised in White Plains, New York, he moved to Miami in the 1950's, and worked for Mohawk TV in South Miami for approximately twenty years, retiring in 1986.
He served in the US Army from 1942 to 1946, spending time in Hawaii and Japan, and received an Asiatic Pacific Service Medal and World War II Victory Medal upon his honorable discharge in 1946.
He was predeceased by his wife, Donna Hart, and survived by his son, John, granddaughters, Heather Lynn and Tiffany Jade, and daughter-in-law, Jessie, of Jupiter, Florida, where he lived his final days under the loving care of Jessie and her sister, Pei-Lin.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2010, at All Saints Cemetery in Jensen Beach, Florida.
