KITTS HILL - Stella K. Dillon, 86, of Kitts Hill died Sunday at a local nursing home.

The Pedro native was born Aug. 31, 1915, the daughter of the late Joseph and Effie Butler Kelley.

She was the wife of the late Edward H. Dillon.

The homemaker attended Lawrence Furnace School and she was a member of Freedom Baptist Church on Oak Ridge Road.

She also was preceded in death by one son, George E. Dillon; 10 brothers, Joe Kelley, Clarence Kelley, Roy Kelley, Albert Kelley, Wilbur Kelley, John Kelley, Carl Kelley, Chester Kelley, Arvil Kelley and James Kelley and two sisters, Edna Bailey and Vera Eaches.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Juanita Dillon of Kitts Hill; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Phillips Funeral Home, with the Rev. Scott Jenkins officiating. Burial will be in Mamre Cemetery. Visitation will be after noon Wednesday at the funeral home.

KITTS HILL - Stella K. Dillon, 86, of Kitts Hill died Sunday at a local nursing home.
