RICHARD L. JENKS Richard L. Jenks, 64, of Maitland, Fla., formerly of Des Moines, died of a heart ailment Jan. 21 at a Winter Park, Fla., hospital. The body was cremated, and interment will be later in Des Moines. Mr. Jenks left Des Moines in 1967 and was a retired Army lieutenant colonel. Survivors include his wife, Mary; a daughter, Mary Sater of Des Moines; a sister, Pat Taylor of Orlando, Fla.; a brother, Jack of Des Moines; and two grandchildren.
