Ron was born in Albuquerque on September 10, 1948 to Robert and Toni Griego. Ron graduated from New Mexico Highlands University and worked at Los Alamos Labs as a computer graphics specialist. Ron owned and operated his own computer business, GRT Enterprises, for the last ten years.
Ron was preceded in death by two sons, Randy Griego and Richard Griego and his mother, Toni Griego.
Ron is survived by his son, Matthew Griego of Albuquerque, his father, Robert M. Griego of Socorro, sisters, Helen Hickman of Rancho Córdova, CA, Roberta García and her husband, Moises of Spring, TX, Francine Wooldridge and her husband, Milton of Plano, TX, Laurel Armijo and her husband, Dan of Socorr and many nieces and nephews.
A Rosary will be recited at 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 26, 2000 at San Miguel Catholic Church in Socorro. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Monday, March 27, 2000 at 1:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church in Albuquerque, where Ron was a member. Private burial will be in San Miguel Cemetery in Socorro following services.
