"Clarence Irwin Burton, 60, master mechanic for many years, died last night at 8:30 at his home, 8 Smith Court, Ashley, following an illness of complications.
Mr. Burton was a master mechanic at the Matheson automobile plant and later worked for the Wales-Adder Machine Company. For last several years he worked in the Vernon Johnson machine shop.
He leaves his wife and three sons, Spence of Stevensville, Pa, James of New York and Donald at home; one brother, Charles Edwin Burton of Ashley and six grandchildren.
Body was removed to the W. E. Doron Funeral Home, 451 North main Street, from where the funeral will be held on Monday afternoon at 3. Burial in Oaklawn Cemetery."
