FUNERAL FOR
MRS. ADAMS
HELD THURS.

Mrs. J.W. Adams, 79, died after a short illness, Wednesday afternoon. She was a member of the Gilgal church for 65 years, and a long-time resident of Claiborne parish. Funeral services were held Thursday at 2 p.m. with interment in Gilgal cemetery, Rev. Ernest Scott officiating at the Gilgal church, under the direction of the Dennis funeral home of Minden.

Surviving relatives are her husband, three sons, Archie Adams and Worth Adams of Minden and Stumpy Adams, who resides at the family home on the Arcadia road; four daughters, Mrs. Dave Gibson of Minden, Mrs. Arnold Miller of Homer road, Mrs. Walter Hough of Arcadia road, and Mrs. Julius Long [Lary] of Minden.
