Charles F. Bey, 68, 318 N. Clay-st., died this morning in a local hospital after an illness of four months.
He was born in Green Bay and was a shingle weaver by trade.
He was also a member of the first paid city fire department.
Surviving him are his widow, four daughters and one son, Miss Ethel of Chicago, Mrs. Louis Prue Jr., and Mrs. Christ Zuldmulder of Wakefield, Minn., Miss Harriet and Ward at home.
The body Is at Schauer and Schumachers Funeral Home from where funeral services will be held Monday at 2 o'clock with burial in Woodlawn. The family requests that friends omit flowers.
