Reimer E. Garrett, 87, passed away, Tuesday, April 13, 2010 in Gulfport.
Reimer served in the United States Marine Corp, and retired from South Central Bell Telephone Company. He was a long standing member of First Baptist Church of Gulfport.
He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Reimer was preceded in death by his wife, Berma Garrett; and his sister, Melda Cooper.
He is survived by his four children, Ronald E. Garrett (Edith) of Havana, FL; Reginald H. Garrett of Pass Christian; Rene G. Garrett of Poplarville; Ryan D. Garrett (Peggy) of Kenner, LA; his sister, Marie Anthony of Long Beach; his grandchildren, Walter, Steven, Christopher, Ami, and Jennifer; and three great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, April 17, 2010 at 2 p.m. with a visitation starting one hour prior to service time at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers, Gulfport.
