A graveside service will be at 2PM today in Live Oak Cemetery in Manchaca, Texas with the Rev Dan Harrington pastor officiating.

Niel was born December 11, 1929 in Maxbass, North Dakota. Niel served in the Navy as a hospital corpsman from 1945 to 1948.

Survivors include: Son Neil Scott Borslien of El Cajon, California; Stepdaughter Mary Elizabeth Lyda McCloskey of California; Daughter Kristine Kaye Borslien of Kyle; Two Sisters Betty Deibert of Arizona and Margie Zier of North Dakota; and Several Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
