Miss Annie Ellsworth, 81, of Culver, formerly of Lafayette, died Thursday, Aug. 20, 1964, in Evanston Hospital, Evanston, IL, after a two-week illness. Miss Ellsworth, born in Lafayette, was the daughter of Edward Ellsworth, who for many years, was treasurer of Purdue University. There are no immediate survivors.
The body will be sent to Lafayette for graveside services and burial at Spring Vale cemetery, 2 PM, Saturday with Rev. Benjamin W. Tinsley of St. John's Episcopal Church, and the Rev. Allan Bray, chaplain of Culver Military Academy, conducting the service.
