Emmett R. Luther- Services for Emmett R. Luther of Whitehaven, who died in Oakville Sanatorium at 1:55 o'clock yesterday afternoon, will be held at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon at the Long Street Methodist Church, on Airways Boulevard and Holmes Road. Burial will be in Stephenson Cemetery, on Highway 61 near the state line, with Brantley Funeral Home of Olive Branch, Miss., in charge.

Mr. Luther was 45. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Vinnie Drake Luther and five children, Mrs. John Contini, Charles Luther, Minor Lee Luther and Ray W. Luther, all of Whitehaven, and Pvt. E.R. Luther, Jr., of Camp Lee, Va., and a brother, Fred P. Luther of Whitehaven.
