Mrs. Virginia Lee Hooten Adair SPRINGHILL, LA - Funeral services for Mrs. Virginia Lee Hooten Adair, age 69, will be held Tuesday, November 4, 2003 at 2 p.m. in the Butler Street Church of Christ. Springhill, with Steve Mcintosh, Horace Shipp and Garland Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in the Spring Branch Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Mortuary, Springhill, LA. Mrs. Adair was born November 23, 1933 in Lone Oak, . TX to Enos Franklin and Jessie Lee Parker Hooten and went to be with her Lord on a beautiful Sunday morning, November 2, 2003 in Springhill, LA. She was a resident of Springhill, LA for 33 years, member of the Butler Street Church of Christ and was self-employed, serving her community and surrounding area with custom drapery and upholstery. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, James H. Adair of Springhill, LA; daughter, Phyllis Lee Disotell and husband, Joe of Taylor, AR; son, Mark Kevin Adair and wife, Melissa of Texarkana, AR; grandchildren, Grady Disotell and Hannah Adair; mother, Jessie Lee Parker Hooten; brothers, Leighton Hooten and wife, Peggy, Dail Hooten and wife, Boots, Larry Hooten and wife, Brenda, Teddy Joe Hooten and wife, Gaye, all of Point, TX and a host of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Adair was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Richard David Hooten.
