James William Lafayette was the son of John Cooksey and Nancy Elizabeth Rogers. Died of a nose bleed.I think it was heredity since dad (Elmer) had nasty nose bleeds for no apparent reason.
His mother was Nancy Elizabeth Rogers she died after 1922 in Crawford County, Arkansas.
He had a sister Elizabeth Ann (Neas E.) Cooksey Keese. She married James Harrison Keese
