The Wellsboro Agitator (March 16, 1932), p. 1:

Mrs. Augusta J. Gee, aged 65 years, who was born in Chatham Township in 1867, died at her home at Knoxville last Tuesday night [3/8/1932]. She was the widow of B. A. Gee. The funeral was held Friday, Rev. L. J. Engler of the Methodist and Baptist Churches officiating; burial in Riverside Cemetery at Knoxville. Pall bearers were: Dr. Freeman Smith of Bath; Harold Seamans of Williamsport; Curry Freeman of Corning and Arland Cooper of Knoxville. Mrs Gee is survived by one son, Russell F. Gee and by one grandson, Russell, Jr. of Elmira; her father, William R. Freeman; a sister, Mrs. F. E. Hunter and a brother, Augustus Freeman, all of Knoxville; a sister, Mrs. A. H. Seamans of Williamsport; a sister, Mrs. Esther Smith of Bath.
