Charles (Charlie) Artie Boyett, Jr. age 40, of Augusta, passed away early Wednesday morning (12/21/2011) at his residence following an extended illness.
He was born September 8, 1971 in St. Marys, Ga. He attended Camden County Schools and graduated from Dodge County High School and and went on to college and graduated from Abraham Baldwin college. He worked in real estate and then as a banker in commercial lending. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Eastman, Ga. His interest was being an avid golfer and Ga. Bulldog fan.
Funeral service will be held Friday (12/23/2011) at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Smith Funeral Home, and burial will be at Ramah Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour before the service beginning at 2:00 p.m.
Family requests that contributions be given to Ronald McDonald House 938 Green St. Augusta, Ga. 30901
