William "Bill" David Mifflin Sr. was born on July 13, 1942 in Jackson County to Charles and Helen (Gale) Mifflin of Jacob. His siblings include Robert, Gerald, Rita Lega and Ruth Ann Kirkover. His father preceded him in death.
His wife, Alice, survives as do two sons, Rodney and William David Jr. and a daughter, Bonita Wright. Also surviving are stepchildren, Raymond, Paul, Jeff and Phyllis. Two daughters, Rebecca and Tammy, preceded him in death.
Bill Mifflin died at the age of 57 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville. Formerly of Jacob, he lived in Collinsville at the time of his death.
