Services for Mrs. Ada A. Spurlock, 70, who died Friday in Luke AFB Hospital, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in A. L. Moore & Sons Mortuary, 333 West Adams. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park. Mrs. Spurlock, of 5201W. Camelback, was a native of York, Pa., who came here in 1958. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star in Lancaster, Pa., and belonged to the Church of Christ, Scientist. Survivors included her husband, Lt. Col. Ralph Spurlock, Ret., a son, Lt. Col. David Spurlock in the Marines, and a brother and sister out of state.
