Ned Price Deal, 75, of Hwy 16 North, a well known businessman in Alexander and surrounding counties, passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2011, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was born in Alexander County, son of the late Howard and Estelle Deal Deal. He was owner of Deal's Specialty Cars, and was a faithful member of Three Forks Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of fifty years, Judy Rogers Deal of the home; his sons, Les Deal and wife Jennifer, along with their daughters, Lauren and Lindsey of Taylorsville, and Ros Deal and wife attorney Terri Johnson, and daughter, Emily of Statesville; two devoted sisters, Doris Russell and husband Keith of Statesville, and Louise Hines and husband Austin of Taylorsville; a special sister-in-law, Kim Fox of Taylorsville; and a number of nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, December 23, 2011 at Three Forks Baptist Church. Dr. Carson Moseley will officiate. Visitation will follow immediately following the funeral service. Burial will be private for immediate family members only.
