Patrick Edward Riley, 66, of Idaho Falls, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2011 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls. He was under the care of Creekside Home Health & Hospice.

Pat was born April 22, 1945 in Maryville, Missouri, to Ray Nolan Riley and Erma Ardele Stallman Riley. He grew up in Lance Creek, Wyoming, and graduated from Lusk High School.

Following high school, he joined the U.S. Navy, attended electrician "A" school and served as an electrician's mate during the Vietnam War. At age 19, while serving in the Navy, Pat was involved in an automobile accident and has been disabled the past 47 years.

In addition to Wyoming and Idaho Falls, Pat also lived in Hopkins, Mo., and Rosebud, Ark.

Pat enjoyed bowling, music, riding his stationary bike, cards and football, and he loved the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Patrick is survived by brothers, Michael J. (Marie) Riley, of Portland, OR, and Dan B. (Gloria) Riley, of Benicia, CA; and sisters, Lana R. Riley, of Fresno, CA, and Gail Elin (Leslie) Bingham, of Idaho Falls.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Tim Eric Riley and Joe Amos Riley.

Graveside funeral services will be held at a later date in Hopkins Cemetery in Hopkins.
