Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Friday in Mount Gilead Cemetery. No visitation. Arrangments are by Dawson & Wikoff West Wood Street Funeral Home. Memorials: Mount Calvary Lutheran Church.
Mr. Dulgar was born in Vandalia on Nov. 23, 1898, the son of John Henry and Rosabell Griffith Dulgar. He was a retired mechanic for Standard Oil. He married Wilhelmine Zientara on Jan. 31, 1945. She preceded him in death on Feb. 5, 1976.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, four brothers and two sisters.
