John Horace Kindel, Milton-Freewater farm worker, died in Walla Walla hopsital Saturday morning after a brief illness. He had resided in the neighboring Oregon community for the past quarter of a century.
Born Dec. 25, 1879 in Whit, Texas, he leaves his wife, Bessie of Milton-Freewater; four daughters, Mrs. Alice Evans of Watsonville, Calif., Mrs. Joyce Hanson, Mrs. Marie White and Mrs. Doris Jennings, all of Milton-Free water; one brother, Louis, in Texas; a sister, Mrs. Earl Stuckey, Wichita Falls, Texas; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
The funeral is planned for 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27, from a Milton-Freewater chapel with the Rev. Donald S. Campbell officiating and burial in IOOF Cemetery.
