Mr. Jarvis, a prominent grocery store owner had resided in Cheyenne since 1944.
He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the Assembly of God church,
Cheyenne.
Born May 14, 1910 at Port as a twin, Mr. Jarvis was married January 3, 1937 to Jessie Hare at Clinton.
Survivors are his wife, Jessie of the home; one daughter, Jill Jarvis, Cheyenne;
one son, Jay Pat, Cheyenne; one brother, Earl Jarvis, three sisters, Lula Smith,
Berlie Holder, Inez Jones his twin sister.
Pall bearers were Robert Briggs, Fred Cordell, Matt Sooter, K.C. Perryman,
Harlan Thomas, Collier Tracy.
Burial was in the Cheyenne cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma with
Scroggins and Son in charge of arrangements.
