WESTMINSTER - Mrs. Bertha Adams Rholetter, 88, of Route 3, widow of Mackie Goldman Rholetter, died Saturday at her home. Born in Oconee County, she was a daughter of the late Jessie Milton and Amanda Black Adams. She was a homemaker and a former Sunday school teacher, choir member, member of W.M.S., W.C.T.U. and the American Bible Society of Clearmont Baptist Church.
Surviving are son, B. M. Rholetter of Liberty; daughters, Mrs. Nell Castles of Decatur, Ga., Mrs. Clara Carter of Westminster; brother, Charlie Adams of Macon, Ga.; sister, Mrs. Coda Pelfrey of Westminster; 12 grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
Services at 2 p.m. Sunday at Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Clyde Crenshaw. Burial in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The Body is at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday. The family is at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Clara Carter.
