Robert Logsdon, 69, a reputable citizen of the St. Patrick community died suddenly Friday night, January 19, of apoplexy. The funeral and burial were held at St. Patrick Sunday with Father O'Connor in charge.
Mr. Logsdon was stricken about 9 o'clock Friday night while milking. When he did not return to the house his wife found him unconscious. He died within a few hours.
The deceased is survived by his widow, daughter, Lizzie, now Mrs. George Zurrell; Lavon, now Mrs. George Wigans; Edna, now Mrs. Everett Ellison; Stella, now Mrs. James Baker, and sons, Joe and Eugene.
Mr. Logsdon was a farmer and was held in high esteem.
