Jas. Mannasmith Dies in Arkansas
James Mannasmith died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Hugh Severe at Jonesboro, Arkansas. Tuesday, April 10, of dropsy and heart trouble. Mr. Mannasmith recently spent three months at the home of his grandson, Roy Mannasmith, near Richwood. He was 61 years old and leaves two sons and two daughters.
The body will arrive in Richwood Thursday and will be taken to the home of Roy Mannasmith, with burial at Claiborne cemetery. The time for the funeral has not been set. Mr. Mannasmith was an old-time resident of Richwood, lived here all his life until four years ago when he went to Kansas city to make his home.
