CLYDE - Claude Reeves Warren, 60, of Route 2, Warren Cove community, died thursday, Dec. 16, in a local hospital.

A native of Haywood County, he was a self-employed farmer. He was the son of the late Merrit Burrell and Julia Hall Warren and was a member of Ridgeway Baptist Church.

He is survived by two sisters, Pearl Scott of Asheville and Burndena Rogers of Candler, and two brothers, glenn and Hall Warren of Clyde.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Wells Funeral Home, Canton. The Rev. Jeff Perkins will officiate. Burial will be in Watkins Cemetery, Bryson City.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. At other times the family will be at the home of Luuana Warren Medford, Jones Cove Road, Clyde.
